NYC, Westchester, Long Island and CT areas

I charge a per room rate of $450.00 a room from beginning to end of project, utilizing any or all of the services that I offer. Please note this does NOT include labor cost,  if needed.

I also offer 10% discount on 3 or more rooms

75% deposit and the balance is paid when project is completed.

Ideally I like to complete projects within a 2 month time frame and I visit, 2 to 3 times.

Additional Costs

Travel time if located over 20 miles away from my location in Westchester. This is a fee of $55.00.

Going to a brick and mortar store to source items is a per hour fee of $75.00

If you are not located in the above areas I am also capable of providing most of my services remotely. Facetime and Skype are my best friends for these sort of projects!
